From Carey, head south on Highway 93 about 3 miles. Watch for the Wild Rose Hot Springs sign on the west side and turn onto the access road to the resort entrance. From Sun Valley/Ketchum, take Highway 75 south to Shoshone, then Highway 93 north to Carey (about 60 miles). From Twin Falls, Highway 93 north through Shoshone to Carey (about 70 miles). Well signed from the highway.
